To be an effective manager in today's business environment, one must be an effective negotiator. Negotiation is a positive process which can be a force in resolving organizational conflict and in improving personal and working relationships.

The Successful Negotiator program is designed to assist managers to recognize the everyday nature of negotiation, to appreciate its potential as an effective and practical management tool, and to enhance individual negotiation skills.
